A portal provided by Nordic Walking to manage, create and publish activities for walks, fitness & virtual classes

Originally built by Nordic Walking as a management, booking and search portal for our Nordic Walking delivery partners, Exercise Anywhere is now available to anyone that would like to use the portal to manage, create and publish their activities.

Top selling points

• Launching app and introducing Smilage reward points. Each activity will have intensity, gradient, distance etc and at completion of the activity, it will automatically reward points to incentivise adherence.
• Groups, instructors or leaders can create differing charges (including free and direct debits) and discount codes.
• Virtual platform is fully integrated with the management system. When a group, instructor or leader creates a virtual activity, it automatically creates it in Zoom, however the customer does not have to go to Zoom, they can watch via the dedicated hosted platform.
• GDPR compliant so groups and leaders can’t directly market to people if they opt out.

The organiser creates activity, location, chooses activity type, group size, distance (if appropriate), intensity, gradient, short & long description narrative, gallery, leader’s/instructor’s details and clicks to publish.

If you are an existing customer, log into Bookwhen, then visit this setting page. Simply tick the box and press “Publish data”. All your sessions will be automatically published as you create and update them.
